04/27/24 James Cook played fewer than half the snaps but averaged 18 touches down the stretch last year. Cook should see the majority of backfield work, seeing some opportunities as a receiver and in the red zone. The Bills used the No. 128 pick in the 2024 draft to select Ray Davis. The rookie profiles as an early down grinder. Davis could mix in with Cook on early downs. When Cook needs a breather, Ty Johnson projects to be the pass-catching RB who could also see a few carries each week. Darrynton Evans is a depth option.

04/27/24 The Bills used the 33rd pick in the 2024 draft to select Keon Coleman. The rookie should have the edge to be a starting outside receiver. His main function should be as a possession receiver. Khalil Shakir and Curtis Samuel both have the ability to play in the slot while also lining up outside on occasion. It's difficult to know whether Shakir or Samuel will be the primary slot WR. With Stefon Diggs no longer on the team, both Shakir and Samuel should see heavy usage. Mack Hollins projects to be a direct replacement for Gabe Davis. Hollins may see part-time duty, especially since the team drafted Coleman. Hollins' main role, when on the field, could be as a deep threat.

04/27/24 Dalton Kincaid emerged as the primary receiving TE last year. He should see his receiving role expand in 2024. No. 2 TE Dawson Knox will primarily be a blocker, though he will see occasional targets, which could include red-zone opportunities.
