Williams was a healthy scratch Friday against the Warriors, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. "Lou has done a ton of good things and he has helped us through the year," coach Mike Budenholzer said. "Tonight, we gave some other guys some minutes and some opportunities. Playing a little bit bigger is important to us. But Lou has been very good for us all year. It's one of the hardest parts about coaching. You can't play everybody."
Tate said his ribs are fine as he prepares for the beginning of free agency next week, the Houston Chronicle reports. Tate played through a rib injury for several weeks before eventually being placed on injured reserve late in the season.
