Brian Skinner

Skinner is an active banger who rebounds, defends and blocks shots. He’ll be the alternative when coach Mike Dunleavy isn’t looking for a shooter off the bench in the front court.

Skinner is a little undersized for a center at 6-9, but makes up for it with his hustle and determination on the boards and on defense. He will get around 10-15 minutes a game backing up Miller at center, but could be a sleeper because Miller is injury prone. If he gets enough minutes, he can help out your team in rebounds and field goal percentage and maybe supply a little bit in the points department as well.

What Skinner does early in the season may determine his role. He can play a number of positions down low and signed a big contract in the off-season. The Sixers are expecting good things from Brian after seeing him average 10 points and 7 boards with the Milwaukee Bucks last year.
