Hawks Edge Celtics In OT
The Atlanta Hawks defeated the visiting Boston Celtics, 123-122, in overtime at State Farm Arena on Thursday evening.

The game got out to a competitive start as the Celtics led, 29-28, after one quarter. Both sides kept up the pace through the second, while the Celtics pulled ahead for a four-point lead at the break. The game stayed close through the third, where the Hawks managed to trim it down to a one-point game heading into the final quarter. Neither side could break away in the fourth, as the Celtics scored the tying bucket with under 30 seconds left, forcing overtime. The trend continued through the extra period, where the Hawks took an early upper hand and held on for their fourth straight win. This also marks the second straight loss for the Celtics.

Dejounte Murray led the Hawks with 44 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, two steals and a block, in 47 minutes. Bogdan Bogdanovic followed up with 24 points, seven rebounds, five assists and a steal, while De'Andre Hunter logged 21 points and 13 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 31 points, 13 rebounds and six assists, in 45 minutes. Derrick White followed up with 22 points, seven rebounds, five assists and a steal, while Kristaps Porzingis totaled 20 points, seven rebounds, two assists, a steal and three blocks.

The Celtics (57-15) will look to bounce back as they clash with the Pelicans in New Orleans on Saturday. The Hawks (33-39) play host to the Bucks on Saturday.
