2024 Fantasy Outlook
Williams played for three teams over her first six seasons in the WNBA, and she joined a Sky team in a transition stage ahead of the 2023 campaign. She handled a prominent role in Chicago, averaging 10.4 points, 6.3 assists and 6.0 rebounds in 30.1 minutes per game while appearing in every matchup. She now joins a Lynx squad that has been active during the offseason, including trading for Natisha Hiedeman. Williams will presumably serve as Minnesota's starting point guard while Hiedeman operates as a reserve, and Williams will get to play alongside Alanna Smith once again after the duo put together solid stat lines in Chicago last year. ANALYSIS
Williams logged 10.4 points, 6.0 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game while serving exclusively as a starter in 40 appearances with the Sky last season. She joins a Lynx squad that has been active during the offseason, most recently trading for Natisha Hiedeman on Wednesday. Williams will presumably serve as Minnesota's starting point guard while Hiedeman operates as a reserve, and Williams will get to play alongside Alanna Smith once again after the duo put together solid stat lines in Chicago last year.

2023
2022
Williams returned to the Sun last season after a two-year stint with the Dream, but now she'll be moving again - this time to the Sky. In 28.0 minutes per game last season, the guard averaged 11.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.0 steals. She struggled with efficiency, with 43/34/75 shooting splits. This may be an opportunity for her to step into an expanded role, as the Sky lost Candace Parker, Courtney Vandersloot and Allie Quigley during the offseason. Two years ago, Williams averaged 16.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.1 steals in 34.4 minutes, which is what optimistic fantasy managers can hope for in 2023.
Williams signed a one-year deal with the Sun this offseason after a career year with the Dream in 2021. She averaged 16.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.1 steals in 34.4 minutes per game across 34 starts in Atlanta, but the Dream opted not to retain the guard due to her in-season altercation with former teammate Crystal Bradford. The situation came to light following the conclusion of last season, so the WNBA handed Williams a two-game suspension this offseason, meaning she won't make her season debut until the Sun's third contest (May 17 versus the Liberty). When available, she should hold down a starting role, though the Sun will return plenty of talent from a contending squad last year and will likely have a healthy Alyssa Thomas after Thomas missed the majority of 2021 due to an Achilles injury.
