Andrade has been suspended two years by the USADA for testing positive for anabolic steroids, Marc Raimondi of MMAfighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Andrade is expected to have his most recent win over Rich Walsh overturned and will also have to pay an undisclosed fine after the positive tests. More importantly, however, Andrade will be out of action for awhile pending an appeal, which is a tough blow considering he started his UFC career 3-1 and appeared to be in line for a bigger opponent in his next bout. Of note, Andrade's suspension is retroactive to Mar. 20 of 2016, so he could return to action as soon as March of 2018. When he does return, it likely won't be with the UFC, as Andrade requested (and was granted) his release following the suspension.

Andrade defeated Richard Walsh via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Brisbane, Australia.
ANALYSIS
Andrade won this fight on the strength of five takedowns and nearly seven minutes of top control time. Nearly all of Andrade's success in the UFC prior to Saturday had been the result of his heavy hands, but he was struggling in striking exchanges with Walsh and he smartly changed up the game plan to earn the decision win. Now 3-1 in his first four UFC bouts, Andrade is going to get a bigger fight his next time out. He has the all-around game to defeat plenty of 170-pounders in the UFC.
Viscardi Andrade: Easily takes decision from Gasan Umalatov in Sao Paulo

Andrade defeated Gasan Umalatov via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Sao Paulo.
ANALYSIS
Andrade's first fight in nearly 21 months was made much easier due to the fact that Umalatov stood around for most of the fight and did absolutely nothing. It was pretty much a best case scenario for a guy who was coming off a serious injury. Andrade landed some decent shots, but it was the inactivity of Umalatov that was the story of the fight. Still, Andrade has to be thrilled getting a win in front of his hometown fans.
