Here are our rankings for the coming week at each position to help you decide your starting lineup. Our rankings are based on the following scoring system: four points for a passing touchdown; six points for a rushing/receiving touchdown; one point for every 20 passing yards; and one point for every 10 rushing/receiving yards. Flex Rankings are for PPR leagues.

Typically, this article will be posted on Tuesday evenings, roughly around 7:00 pm PT. ***These are not draft rankings. They are solely for the given week of the season.***

I will update these during the week, usually twice per week to account for injury or other news during practice. The timing of those updates will vary based on the news at hand and my schedule for the given week. But the first of those updates usually won't happen until Thursday. At any rate, I will post a "last updated" note at the top of the article, or an "update in progress" note if it's while I'm doing it. If there is no such note, that means it's my first pass at the rankings for this current week.

7.	Aaron Rodgers GB at Min Note: Averaged only 5.9 yards per attempt in the win over the Jaguars, with just two plays over 22 yards. But his rushing touchdown still made it a productive fantasy day.

9.	Kirk Cousins WAS vs. Dal Note: Frequently underthrew his receivers on Monday night.

11.	Matt Ryan ATL at Oak Note: Ryan had 39 attempts in Week 1 and could be throwing more often generally this year if the Falcons' running game remains stumbling, and especially if the defense continues to stink.

15.	Carson Wentz PHI at Chi Note: Solid debut against the Browns, averaging 7.5 yards per attempt. It looks as if he'll be without Zach Ertz in Week 2.

22.	Russell Wilson SEA at LA Note: Sprained his left ankle in the win over the Dolphins. The initial prediction by the Seahawks is that Wilson will be able to start against the Rams in Week 2. Rookie Trevone Boykin is the backup. Full participant in Wednesday's practice - the Seahawks reiterated that they expect him to start. Practiced in full all week, not listed on the final injury report.*

30.	Tyrod Taylor BUF vs. NYJ Note: Terrible start against a Ravens' defense that wasn't considered particularly tough - just 111 passing yards, no scores, and 11 rushing yards. Now he gets a short week to prepare for the Jets.
31.	*Josh McCown CLE vs. Bal Note: Will start for the Browns after RG3 injured his shoulder and was placed on IR to return. Cody Kessler will be the backup.
