Parker has decided to enter the NBA draft, Sports Illustrated reports.
ANALYSIS
Parker penned a piece for SI in which he detailed the factors that went into his decision. He said he came to the conclusion that the NBA would give him the best opportunity to grow as a basketball player as well as off the court, so he will leave Duke after one season and enter the 2014 NBA Draft. The 6-8 forward averaged 19.1 points, 8.7 points, 1.2 assists and 1.2 blocks in 30.7 minutes as a freshman, and is a virtual lock to be taken with a high lottery pick come June.
