DraftKings NBA: Sunday Cheat Sheet

DraftKings NBA: Sunday Cheat Sheet

This article is part of our DraftKings NBA series.

We're set for an exciting Game 7 in the Eastern Conference Finals on Sunday. The Celtics will be looking to make an improbable Finals appearance despite being without Kyrie Irving (knee) and Gordon Hayward (ankle), while the Cavaliers will try to pull out a win on the road without Kevin Love (concussion). Here are some players to hopefully make the night even more enjoyable by winning some money on DraftKings.

Expensive

LeBron James, CLE ($20,000): The fate of the Cavaliers season is squarely on the shoulders of James, even more so with Love sidelined. James has played insanely well in this series, scoring at least 55.8 DraftKings points in four of the six games. He scored 83.8 DraftKings points facing elimination in Game 6 and should be in line for another excellent performance. He'll eat up a significant portion of your budget, but he has by far the highest ceiling of anyone who will be taking the floor.

Jaylen Brown, BOS ($12,300): Brown has been one of the Celtics offensive leaders in this series, scoring at least 23 points in four of the six games. He has attempted at least 15 shots in all but one game and he only played 21 minutes in the one contest where he failed to meet that threshold due to foul trouble. He's going to get plenty of opportunities to score again in Game 7, giving him a relatively high floor.

Middle-priced

Larry Nance Jr., CLE ($5,900): Nance looked like a non-factor through the first two games, but has scored at least 18.3 DraftKings points in each of the last four. He played a series-high 22 minutes in Game 6, scoring 24.3 DraftKings points. He should be in line for an even larger role with Love sidelined, making him a great option to consider.

Jeff Green, CLE ($5,200): Green also had his best game of the series Friday, scoring 24.3 DraftKings points. He was one of the main beneficiaries of Love's injury, playing 31 minutes. He's not a great scorer and doesn't really excel in any particular category, but he can still provide value with increased playing time.

Discount

George Hill, CLE ($4,900): Hill has been excellent at home, scoring at least 23.3 DraftKings points in all three games there. It's been a different story playing in Boston, though, scoring 12.3 DraftKings points or fewer in each game. Even taking that into consideration, several players will see an expanded offensive role with Love sidelined, Hill included. He might be worth taking a chance on in tournament play.

Kyle Korver, CLE ($3,700): If Korver is going to have value, he has to be providing offense because he doesn't record a lot of rebounds or assists. This hasn't been a great series for him overall, scoring 15.8 DraftKings points or fewer in four of six games. He can score in a hurry when he's hot and he may also see some added shot attempts, making him someone to consider at this very cheap price
