DraftKings NBA: Tuesday Cheat Sheet

DraftKings NBA: Tuesday Cheat Sheet

This article is part of our DraftKings NBA series.

Tuesday brings three games in the NBA as both the Sixers and the Warriors look to close out their respective series. There is also money to be won on DraftKings, leaving the following players as options to consider when constructing your lineup.

Guards

Ben Simmons, PHI vs. MIA ($10,100): Simmons has been a model of consistency this series, scoring at least 50.3 DraftKings points in all four games. His ability to provide points, rebounds and assists gives him a high floor and it shouldn't be overlooked that he is also averaging 2.5 steals during the playoffs. He's expensive, but he should be worth it once again Tuesday.

Jaylen Brown, BOS vs. MIL ($7,300): After a disappointing performance in Game 3, Brown came back with 53.5 DraftKings points in Game 4 and has scored at least 35.5 DraftKings points in three of the four games in this series. His lackluster performance in Game 3 can be traced to his low usage as he only attempted nine shots. By comparison, he has attempted at least 19 shots in each of the other three games. Expect him to be heavily involved Tuesday as the Celtics looks to take a 3-2 series lead.

Manu Ginobili, SA at GS ($4,300): The playoffs, and this season for that matter, haven't gone the way the Spurs had hoped because of the injury to Kawhi Leonard (quad). The Spurs managed to avoid being swept with a win in Game 4, a game in which Ginobili played a significant role scoring 28.3 DraftKings points off the bench. One of the leaders on the team, Ginobili brought a lot of energy and clutch shooting down the stretch. The Spurs will likely ask the same from him in Game 5, making him someone to consider if you want to save money at guard in tournament play.

Forwards

Giannis Antetokounmpo, MIL at BOS ($9,900): The Bucks returned home down 2-0, but have managed to even things up as the series now shifts back to Boston. Giannis did have a couple of subpar games at home by his standards though, scoring 42.8 and 42.3 DraftKings points, respectively. On the positive side, it helped to reduce his price to the lowest it has been this series. He still has a tremendous upside, so don't hesitate to add him to your entry.

Khris Middleton, MIL at BOS ($8,100): Middleton has stepped up to be an excellent running mate with Giannis in the playoffs, scoring at least 42 DraftKings points in three of the four games. He's been lethal from behind the arc, shooting a combined 15-for-24 (62.5%) while also averaging 6.5 rebounds per contest. His price is climbing, but he can still provide value.

Marcus Morris, BOS vs. MIL ($5,200): Morris scored at least 28.8 DraftKings points in both of the first two games in this series, but only scored a combined 29.8 DraftKings points in the two games in Milwaukee. He went ice cold from the field, shooting 6-for-22 (27.3%) in those games. He's still a key part of the Celtics offense with Kyrie Irving (knee) out, leaving him as a viable cost-effective option despite his recent struggles.

Centers

Joel Embiid, PHI vs. MIA ($8,900): Embiid has played well in his first taste of the playoffs, scoring at least 40 DraftKings points in both games since his return from injury. Despite shooting just 7-for-22 (31.8%) from the field, he's getting a ton of free throw attempts and has blocked eight shots. He'll team with Simmons to be the focal point of the Sixers offense again Tuesday.

Draymond Green, GS vs. SA ($7,900): Green has scored at least 40 DraftKings points in three of the four games in this series despite averaging only 10 points per contest. His value comes from his ability to contribute in multiple categories, averaging 9.3 rebounds, 8.3 assists and 1.8 steals in the first round. If you don't want to pay up for Embiid, Green is also an excellent option to consider.

Thon Maker, MIL at BOS ($4,200): With John Henson (back) sidelined the last two games, Maker has found himself with a significant role. He cashed in his opportunity, scoring at least 22.5 DraftKings points in both contests. If Henson is unable to play again Tuesday, Maker could provide similar value despite his limited offensive upside.
